Q: Where is your shop located?

A: My Little Kaukau is a 'pop-up' shop at various venues around Port Moresby including Waterfront Foodworld and Vision City. We will post our pop-ups on social media. Please follow our Facebook and Instagram for regular updates.

Q: What are your opening hours?

A: We are open Monday to Friday 9.00AM-4.00PM and on selected Saturdays and Sundays when our pop-up shop is open. Feel free to contact us for any enquires between 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Q: How do I pick up my purchased items?

A: Any orders made after 4pm on a Thursday may not be ready by Saturday, but we will of course do our best to get them to you. Once you have proceeded to the payment section on our website you will be provided with our bank details to make a bank transfer payment.  Once we have received the funds in our account, we will pack your purchases and contact you to arrange an appropriate time to collect your items.

Q: I don't know what size to get? Can you help me?

A: Absolutely we can! Just send us a message, email us or call. Our helpful staff are here to help you make the right selection.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept: VISA, Eftpos, Direct Bank Transfers, BSP Merchant and BSP Pay.
