Return an item

We are proud to supply high quality, long wearing garments for your little ones and want nothing more than for you to love your purchased pieces. We do however have policies to guide you when choosing our items:

Returns

Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept returns.  We do accept exchanges if the item you purchased is defective only.  Exchanges must be received within 7 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed with the original receipt.  

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at mylittlekaukau@gmail.com or at 7548-2808 with the details of the product and the defect.  We will arrange a convenient time to meet with you to evaluate the product and happily exchange the item for you if deemed appropriate. The item must be exchanged for products of equal or greater value.  If the item being exchanged is a limited edition or seasonal item and the product is no longer available, it may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Failure to provide a receipt and items in perfect condition (other than the defect) means we will not be able to fulfil the exchange.
